in the interests of giving their customers what they want - I paraphrase, obviously - they would now be changing the opening hours in my little local branch from 9:30am to 4pm at present to: 10am to 2pm.
I can only assume that Barclays is where all masochists bank. Or, of course, they've decided that they no longer want to be be a bank, they want to be a trendy wine bar instead...
