However, if you receive money that you know you are not entitled to it's theft!

My OH, when paying money in (he had the book - he was okay), was asked "I see you haven't got a credit card - would you like one?" Loudly - to the rest of the world. I did point out to him afterwards that as he was paying money in he didn't have to be the account holder anyway.
