Finger Stuff

So, having checked today, it turns out I have ring fingers longer than my index fingers. According to the latest study this suggests that I am:

(a) good at Maths and Science (b) autistic (c) lesbian

This is interesting.

(a) I have a degree in Maths, and children who are generally acknowledged as having "an excellent and wide-ranging grasp of scientific concepts"

(b) I have one son with a diagnosis of High Functioning Autism, one who despite being very bright doesn’t appear to understand what’s said to him half the time, and one whose school is concerned that he has “poor social skills, extremely poor organisational skills, and sustains very little eye contact” (and that's the one I thought was "normal"). And the more I fight their schools on their behalf the more I recognise the signs in myself. Hmm, is it better to be autistic or simply not very good at lots of things other people take for granted?

(c) I’m not saying no. And that’s all I’m saying.

In more interesting news, Alex James is having a great time running through the countryside to get fit for July. “There are no fat bass players of any significance,” he says. Aww, bless.

Hahahaha, I have the same thing, except that I'm God-awful at math, I'm not autistic, and I love boys way too much to ever be a lesbian XD

Well, that screws that one then! It's always nice to hear both sides.

I love boys

It's when you get on to older men, and all that socks and toilet seats and tiptoeing round the fragile ego stuff, that lesbianism starts looking more attractive...
